چکیده
Introduction and purpose: Wound healing is a process including complex overlapping stages requiring many components. Adipose tissue an organ that responsible for maintaining homeostasis through inflammatory responses, signal transmission, energy expenditure connected with different organs. Fat rich readily available source of multipotent stem cells. Adipose-derived cells (ADSCs) have the potential in regeneration because their self-renewal ability to differentiate various types This review discusses ADSCs terms basic knowledge, methods acquisition, prospects use healthcare, focusing mainly on application wound process. Brief description state knowledge: The article contains current knowledge about biology, specific properties adipose-derived also shows relationship presents research points possibility using future medicine. Conclusions: may constitute prominent role owing secretion cytokines, into multiple lineages, immunomodulatory effects, ease cell obtaining. Further studies are required explore accurate mechanism action long-term safety clinical application. Stem therapy brings new hope repair chronic refractory wounds skin defects.

Adipose-Derived Stem Cells, their Secretome, and Wound Healing
Adipose tissue is an abundant source of progenitor cells with multidifferentiation potential and these cells, termed adipose-derived stem cells (ASC), have become an important proposed treatment for use in wound healing. The ability of these cells to increase angiogenesis (vessels arise from other vessels) and vasculogenesis (vessels arise from progenitor cells), produce growth factors and cyto...
متن کاملThe Effect of Transplantation of Collagen Hydrogel with Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Burn Wound Healing in Rats
Background: Cell therapy is one of the most challenging methods in the healing of burn wounds in the world. The present study aimed to determine the effect of collagen hydrogel with adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells on burn wound healing in an animal model. Materials and Methods: The present study was experimentally performed on 24 Wistar rats. Burn wounds were created on the skin of rats...
متن کاملSkin wound healing following the spray of human abdominal adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells in diabetic male rat
Introduction: Diabetes is rising worldwide and impaired wound healing is one of its major complications. This study aimed to determine the effects of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on wound healing in diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, abdominal adipose tissue was obtained from 10 patients who underwent an abdominoplasty. MSCs were isolated from adi...
متن کاملComparative analysis of the Gene expression profile of Chemokine Receptors between Adipose-derived and Bone marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells
Introduction: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) hold great promise in the field of regenerative medicine.Although originally isolated from bone marrow, MSCs have since been obtained from a variety of adult and neonatal tissues including the adipose tissue. Stemness and multipotential features of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) has been highlighted in many studies but there are many dark aspects in ex...
متن کاملEvaluation of the Effects of Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Cultured on Decellularized Amniotic Membrane in Wound Healing of Distal Part of the Limbs in Horse
Background: Equine wounds, particularly those involving the distal portion of the limbs, often undergo prolonged complex healing and may enter a non-healing state with obvious financial and welfare implications. Poor blood supply and lower levels of oxygen to the lower limbs lead to imbalance of growth factors related to wound healing. Decellular amniotic membrane has been widely used in soft t...
